International Shipments

For international shipments, please complete the International Shipment Form/Proforma Invoice and email it to the Caltech Export Compliance Office (exportcompliance@caltech.edu).  Please retain a copy of the International Shipment Form/Proforma Invoice for your records and attach a copy with your shipment.
